23 March 2021

November 7th has special meaning for the Architects Golf Club. It is the date of its founding, and traditionallyto mark the date the João Caetano Cup it is disputed.

The annual event honors one of the club's founders and first president, and was held in 2020 at the Lisbon Sports Club. Interestingly, a club also with many connections to the Architect, João Caetano, of which he is a member.
This edition, which marked the 20th anniversary of Architects GC, was hampereded by the pandemic conditions that we all know and also by the bad weather conditions on that day. However, of those that were there, about 80% were members of the AGC, left satisfied with the game and the tournament environment.
In terms of results, Mateus Marques took 3rd place, João Loja Fernandes was second, and the winner was Domingos Santos Silva, whose name will be recorded in the Cup as the winner of the 20th club anniversary. The winning guest was Luís Filipe Souto from Lisbon Sports Club.
