Architects GC, closing tournament
In the first half of the last month of 2020, the last tournament of the Order of Merit of the Architects Golf Club took place on the beautiful Praia del Rey golf course.
The course was chosen in order to be as equidistant as possible between the two extreme limits of the country, allowing for the largest number of members to participate. A significant number of participants joined the tournament, taking into account the measures imposed by the FPG and the DGS. In fact, more than 90% of the members were present and besides playing, were able to have lunch and socialize freely.
The results of this tournament were as follows: Nuno Brasil from Silver Coast was the best Net of the guests, José Azevedo was the best player in Category 2 of the Architects GC, Dante Macedo was the best in Category 3.
The greatest player of this tournament was the partner of Architects GC Filipe Duarte who won the rankings Gross, Net and 1st category.
Thus, the Architects GC ended its activities with 5 tournaments on the Order of Merit of P&P and six on the Order of Merit Architects EGA / WHS, in addition to attendance at tournaments and cups with the other clubs that were disclosed throughout the year.
